Welcome to Diffuss.com! We strive to provide you with the highest quality diffusers and essential oils. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used essential oils
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team at support@diffuss.com to initiate a return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@diffuss.com.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@diffuss.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
